I love this outfit!
I think that it's rare to see someone (especially in the Midwest) take risks like wearing a tie (without looking like Avril Levine), clogs (without looking like my grandma) and a boxy camera bag (without being a photographer) ALL TOGETHER and still look like a girl. A cute one at that.
